Breaking The Bias with First Capital Bank
In commemoration of International Women’s Day 2022, we partnered with First Capital Bank Malawi to craft a powerful message: Breaking the Bias. Recognizing the bank’s progressive steps, like appointing their first female Deputy CEO, Agness Jazza, who later ascended to the CEO position in 2023, we envisioned a video that celebrated women in leadership.
